Meet Jyoti Chaudhry
Jyoti Chaudhry has the unique advantage of having studied law in three different countries and jurisdictions : India, UK and Canada.
She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and the Small Claims court. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Jyoti’s practice areas are Real Estate Law, Family Law, Corporate Law, Franchising and Civil Litigation.

Whether it is a real estate deal that she is closing or dealing with a family law matter, she brings a personal touch which distinguishes and customizes her practice to the specific needs of her client. Having lived in various countries around the globe, she is culturally sensitive, a keen and avid worker and a smart negotiator, keeping her client’s interests as her supreme priority.
She is keenly aware of the conflicting values facing immigrants, specially women and she tries to help them in upholding and protecting their rights. Her family law practice is geared towards achieving that goal.
She speaks multiple languages. She has an excellent command of the English language and is also fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Urdu and has a working knowledge of Marathi.
Meet Pranay Chaudhry
With a primary focus on Real Estate and Immigration Law, Pranay brings with him a passion to help people, whether they wish to purchase their first family dream home or immigrate to Canada and enjoy all the opportunities this wonderful country has to offer.
His interest in people and the law motivated him to complete his under-graduation in Psychology from York University. He later attained his L.L.B from University of London, UK and also holds a Masters in Law from SUNY University at Buffalo, New York, USA.
He brings that same level of dedication and passion to his clients, providing them with a personable service and commitment by promptly responding to their inquiries, ensuring they understand the process, and diligently working towards the best solution for them.
Currently, Pranay is a registered lawyer in Canada and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
